Dillons Russian Steam Bath has little to offer. But it's Boston - not New York, you don't get a lot of competition here. Here some links:

Boston Russian Sauna - doesn't get favorable reviews on Yelp. Many are saying that it is an americanized version of banya - nothing Russian left.

Blue Hill Baths

Blue Hill Baths is not in Boston per se, but in a town generally considered to be part of Greater Boston.  It's even more basic than Dillon's.  It's located in a shared building in an industrial park.  They offer platzas and massages, and pile the polished sea stones high in the furnace.
